Free-agent running back LaDainian Tomlinson is scheduled to visit the Vikings facility and take a physical Thursday, according to SI.com's Jim Trotter. Tomlinson, 30, could be a good fit as the third-down back behind All-Pro running back Adrian Peterson, replacing Chester Taylor in that role. Tomlinson has eight seasons of 50-plus catches and could be a valuable outlet receiver.
